Essential Massage
60-minute // 90-minute // 120-minute sessions
Heal and Renew Your Body and Mind
The session can be tailored to be therapeutic for pain and muscle tension, or focused on relaxing for stress management. Integrative massage will likely include techniques such as:

Please note: I provide therapeutic and intuitive bodywork. I continue to offer deep tissue work for previous and existing clients, however I am not currently accepting new deep tissue appointments at this time.

Combining energy work with massage is a powerful way to shift and release physical or emotional tension and support a higher vibration.
Each session is personalized to your needs and begins with intention-setting around what you want support with. From there, Jen-L intuitively blends energy healing, massage, aromatherapy, crystals, sound therapy, and intuitive messages to relax the mind, soothe the body, and create space for deeper healing.

These sessions support your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being by helping you release physical tension, emotional weight, and energetic congestion that may be limiting your sense of harmony.

Please note: While massage is included, this is not a traditional full-body massage. The primary focus is energy healing and intuitive guidance. Because intention-setting and integration are an important part of the process, time for dialogue is included at the beginning and end of each 90-minute session.
