Essential Massage

Heal and Renew Your Body and Mind
The session can be tailored to be therapeutic or relaxing. Integrative massage will likely include techniques such as:

Through the guidance of Spirit and a combination of Reiki, oracle card readings, and intuitive channeling, you’ll be empowered to align with your soul-self and step into your highest potential. These sessions create a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and transformation.

​The initial session is 90 minutes. Follow-up sessions can be booked for either 60-minutes or 90-minutes.
Release, Heal, and Renew Your Mind, Body, and Spirit
Combining energy work with massage is an incredible way to shift and move ailments and pain (emotional or physical) and embrace a higher vibration.
Each session is customized for your particular needs and starts with an intention about your need for support. From there, Jen-L will intuitively provide a combination of energy healing, massage, aromatherapy, crystals, and sound therapy to relax your mind and body.

*Please note: While massage is an integral part of this offering, it is not a standard full-body massage; the primary focus is energy healing. The intention setting and spiritual counseling are part of the 90-minute session; therefore, time will be reserved for dialogue at both the beginning and end of the session.
